Chris Anderson
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Chris Anderson brings more than 25 years of executive leadership, real estate development, finance, and operational management experience to A6 Security.
Prior to founding A6 Security, Chris built a distinguished career in commercial real estate, overseeing the development, ownership, acquisition, and management of more than 5 million square feet of retail, mixed-use, and commercial properties throughout the United States. His experience managing complex assets, multi-million-dollar projects, and long-term investment portfolios established the operational discipline and strategic leadership that continue to shape A6 today.
Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong foundation in finance, investment analysis, business strategy, and organizational leadership. His background in financial management and enterprise growth continues to guide A6's long-term expansion strategy as the company grows into new markets across the United States.
Today, Chris leads the company's strategic direction, enterprise development, financial planning, acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives. His focus is on building a scalable organization that combines professional security, operational excellence, and disciplined leadership to serve organizations that cannot afford failure.
Chris believes that exceptional security begins with exceptional leadership, well-designed systems, and a culture built on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Lexi Anderson
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Lexi Anderson is a serial entrepreneur and operations executive with more than two decades of experience in organizational leadership, systems development, client relations, and business operations.
For 13 years, Lexi worked alongside Chris in the commercial real estate development industry before helping build, own, and operate several successful businesses together. Throughout her career, she has become known for her hands-on leadership style, developing scalable systems, cultivating high-performing teams, and creating organizations built for long-term growth.
Raised in a family that owned and operated country clubs and restaurants, Lexi developed a deep appreciation for hospitality, customer service, and relationship management. That philosophy has become one of A6's defining characteristics—delivering professional security services with the responsiveness, attention to detail, and service excellence associated with luxury hospitality.
Today, Lexi holds security licenses in Florida and Nevada and is completing her New York licensing as A6 expands into new markets. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, she oversees daily operations, client experience, organizational development, leadership development, and enterprise systems, building the people, processes, and culture that enable A6 to deliver consistent, scalable service across every market.

Connor Anderson
Director of Client Growth & Strategic Accounts
Connor Anderson represents the next generation of leadership at A6 Security, bringing a strong foundation in business operations, client development, and strategic growth.
A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Connor has spent the past four years managing and operating successful family-owned businesses. His background in business operations and accounting provides valuable insight into the financial and operational needs of the organizations A6 serves.
Connor's greatest strength is building relationships. He has a natural ability to connect with clients, understand their objectives, and develop trusted partnerships built on professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine communication.
Connor will lead A6's Client Growth and Strategic Accounts initiatives while supporting the company's expansion into new markets, beginning with New York. His focus is on strengthening client relationships, driving strategic growth, and helping build A6 into a nationally recognized enterprise organization.

Evan Anderson
Director of Operations
Evan Anderson leads A6 Security's daily operations, overseeing workforce execution, operational consistency, and service delivery across the organization. His focus is on ensuring every client receives the professionalism, reliability, and operational excellence that define the A6 brand.
A graduate of Miami Dade College with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Evan combines business knowledge with hands-on operational experience. He has played an integral role in developing A6's event operations, staffing systems, and field management processes while working alongside the executive leadership team.
As Director of Operations, Evan oversees scheduling coordination, field execution, operational standards, and cross-department collaboration to ensure every assignment is properly staffed, supported, and executed. As A6 expands into new markets, he will play a key role in maintaining consistent operational standards and scaling the company's enterprise operations.
Evan believes operational excellence is achieved through preparation, accountability, teamwork, and disciplined execution.
Eleonor N.
Director of Events
With more than 20 years of management and leadership experience, Eleonor serves as the driving force behind A6 Security's Events Division. Her expertise in event operations, client relations, and large-scale execution has been instrumental in establishing A6 as a trusted partner for premier conventions, trade shows, and corporate events.
As Director of Events, Eleonor oversees event planning, staffing strategy, operational execution, and on-site leadership, ensuring every event is delivered with professionalism, precision, and exceptional service. She works closely with clients, venue management, and field leadership to create seamless operations while maintaining the high standards that define the A6 brand.
Known for her attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, Eleonor has become the backbone of A6's event operations. Her leadership has enabled the company to execute increasingly complex events while building the operational foundation necessary to expand our event services into new markets across the United States.

Operations Supervisor
Ray supports field operations and collaborates closely with security personnel to ensure sites are managed according to post orders and established security procedures, thereby maintaining consistent operational standards in event security management.
He also assists with compliance and HR support, which includes officer onboarding, training coordination, and ensuring team members meet company standards and licensing requirements. His security leadership fosters accountability and professionalism across the A6 Security team, reinforcing the quality of our professional security services.

Opperations Coordinator
Ebby works closely with Lexi and plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of A6 Security, a leader in event security management. As Lexi’s right hand, she helps manage the many moving parts behind the scenes that keep the company running smoothly and ensure the delivery of professional security services.
Ebby’s organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail help ensure that operations remain efficient, clients stay informed, and the A6 team is fully supported at all times, reflecting strong security leadership.
